Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room is required either by
cheque or credit card, your deposit will be charged to your card at
the time of booking.
Cancellation
When a reservation is made both the guest and the hotel
enter into a legally binding contract. Cancellations
made on the day of arrival or no show bookings will be charged
in full. In the event of a short
notice (less than 7 days notice) cancellation or curtailment we will
endeavour to re-let but any room we are unable to fill in this way
will be charged at 75% of the full rate. Alteration of a double
occupancy booking to single occupancy will be charged as one person
at the quoted pp pn. rate and one person at 75% of quoted rate
since we
are unable to re-book a part-room. No reduction can be made for meals
not taken.
Booking
alterations will incur a £10 admin. charge.
We
strongly advise that you take out holiday cancellation insurance and
will enclose a proposal form, for a plan which we feel offers
protection at a reasonable cost, with every booking confirmation.
Arrival
Rooms will be available from 2.30pm. on the day of arrival. Please
inform us if your arrival is likely to be after 6 pm. We regret that
dinner cannot be served after 8.30 pm. We would ask that you vacate
your room by 10.30 am on the morning of your departure.
Dogs
Dogs or other pets are not permitted into the hotel.
Children
We do not accept babies or children under 9 in the hotel.
