The Leathes Head Restaurant believes in only using the finest produce in all our freshly prepared meals. Where we can, we source all our ingredients for all our wonderfully prepared meals from local suppliers.
Every dish is freshly prepared and made to order by our Award Winning Head Chef David Jackson. He believes in sourcing as much as possible from Cumbria and the local area, from his fruit and veg to the finest cuts of meat, fish caught locally on the West Coast and cheese from Kendal.
